Something in the way she moves...

Well this time I am writing to tell you about my favorite band, "The Beatles". It was an English rock band formed in Liverpool in 1960 and one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed acts in the history of popular music.

 The band consisted of John Lennon (rhythm guitar, vocals), Paul McCartney (bass guitar, vocals), George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums, vocals). All of them were geniuses of the music. 

All the music made by "The Beatles", gives many beautiful things to my life. Every one of them were very special, for this reason they still in the memory of the people. I have had great moments listening "The Beatles". I still remember when I went to the Paul McCartney's concert the last year. I was very happy all the concert, but I cried when he played "Something", because it is my favorite song. However, there are some things that are not good. The uncle of my ex boyfriend, called Ben,  gave me the plane ticket of Paul McCartney. The worst moment, happened when I tried to plasticize the ticket. The ticket was all black. You couldn't see the name of Paul McCartney. It had been completely ruined. I cried a lot for this, and put the ticket in my book of Beatles for ever.Nevertheless the bad things that happened, I'm still loving the Beatles, especially John Lennon because he's my favorite member. I think that "The Beatles" are  the best band in history, they are unique. I don't mean just me: They topped Billboard magazine's list of the all-time Hot 100 artists Most Successful!

Who I am ?

Hi all! First, I think you must know something about me. My name is Daniela Illanes. I have 19 years old and I am studying Anthropology at the University of Chile. I live in Santiago, specifically in "La Florida", near the Panul forest. My nuclear family is big, but a little separate. My mother, my big brother (26) and my nephew living with me (11). My big sister (33) lives with her husband in "Puente Alto", and my father lives in an apartment in "Bilbao".

In my life, I love do individual sports. The last year, I did yoga four days a week. I believe that yoga keeps me happy and calm. This prevents the stress produced by the University. I also love to dance in height. This may be done using very large canvas, which you can hang up and do different body positions. Another thing that characterizes me is my love for animals, I have a lot of them: 3 cats, 4 dogs, a lot of birds,3 rabbits, chickens, 1 "chinchilla", etc.. They are the best thing of my house.

I fall in love with my DVD...

My life would be so different without my dear DVD. It's the best piece of tecnology, because it allows me to watch my favourite movies, like "Forrest Gump", "Toy Story 3", "The Gladiador", etc. or recitals of famous singers or bands like "The Beatles", "Nirvana", "Creedence", "Jimmy Hendrix", etc. 

I have a lot of stories seen movies with my DVD. It was my best friend when i was sick the last year. I don't remember exactly the number of movies that I saw when I to be in bed, but i passed all the time in front of my TV. I love to do it.

My mother always says: "I does't know how the DVD works". She thinks that I born in the age of the tecnology, but I think that use the DVD is the most simple thing in the world! 

You only have to press a botom to enjoy of a wonderful movie with your friend, boyfriend or anyone you want!
